Great product, not jitters, solid focus, solid energy and no problems sleeping. On my 2nd month of taking Monday through Friday. Went from 3-4 cups of coffee a day to 1 cup at 7am. A solid healthy alternative to the pharmaceutical garbage our medical field is pushing on us.
