This is my first experience with Eyedropshop. They were very fast and the product was delivered very well packaged with no problems.

I'm ok with pricing and shipping but not the invoice - what annoys me to no end is that you seem to have no respect for how I spell my last name - it's McDonald not Mcdonald. In IT terms it's called "bumpy case". A mix of upper and lower case chars in one word. You'll say it's the billing software or the app you use and you have no control over it - yet your own name EyeDropShop - on the invoice (#119381)- why can your name have bumpy case but my name cannot??? And the product I ordered BlephaDerm - you respect them enough to use bumpy case, but you don't respect my business enough to extend the same courtesy. I do not use suppliers who cannot spell my name properly. So thanks, but good bye!
