December 13th I ordered a camera strap for my sister in law. I had recently moved and so our address had changed and I wrote Amina right away to let her know I had a address change and forgot to change my shipping information on Etsy. She assured me that she had recorded the change and would ship the item to the new address. I have screen shots and emails to prove this today. I contacted Amina in Feb. because the item never came. I was polite as could be and she gave me the link to the tracking number which showed it was sent to the wrong address. I asked her to see our previous conversation in which she responded telling me that she had a sneaky customer so she changed her policies and no longer ships to a email request to change the address? I responded asking her to see her previous email telling me it was recorded. Sigh. She wrote back and said, I must have been drunk? I am so disappointed and just really floored by her lack of customer service. I just can not understand. I am a business owner and I would never ever treat a person this way. Now I have to go through the trouble of fighting to get my money when all I want is the product I paid for...

I love my radio strap. The Lettering is very well done. I get compliments on it all the time. The price is a bit high but the quality of the product makes it well worth it.

Raddest guitar strap of all time. The workmanship is great and so are the materials. Super comfortable. Second strap Amina made. It's been on my main strat for almost two years now, in and out of all kinds of bars and dirty dives, and it literally shows almost no signs of wear. I'm pretty sure it will outlast me. Now I need one for each of my 9 guitars.
