The best drop off and set up we could ask for. Bed is very heavy.

The bed seems very nice, but it didn't go low enough for me to get my legs in bed. I suffer from an ailment where I need to get in low and pull my legs into bed. The bed just didn't go low enough for me to do that. Express was very accommodating in getting me into the correct bed. The return was somewhat costly, but it was my mistake in not looking at the features of the bed.

Great bed and very happy with the smooth "jerk free" movement. The way the head goes back has been a great feature for my Mom to grab her book and water on the nightstand. That was a huge problem with her last bed. Thanks Express and great bed Med Mizer!

Our father needed a very low bed due to his Alzheimers and the facility requiring the bed to be very low. The bed was setup just the other day and we are very happy with the looks along with the nurses are super happy how low it goes. We didn't realize that these low beds were so commonly used for memory care patients. Great bed and the tech was very kind and understanding of our urgency. Thanks for a great overall experience

We love the bed and couldn't have expected how much this bed was going to improve my father's restful nights and ease of getting in and out of bed. the only complaint we have and it's not Express's fault, but the FedEx driver was super rude when he delivered the bed. Otherwise, my father has been extremely happy with his new bed and he loves the light under the bed feature for when he needs to get up at night. Thanks for the great sales and customer service!
