I would almost rate this 4 out of 5 if not for how quick, professional and helpful the responses were when I did need to email. I understand being a small team/individual running the whole service, but good communication goes a long way and that's more than just responding to people when they reach out. Some things to consider in the future. - List in multiple places that are easy to see that usual expected times from order to delivery are 2 - 4 weeks but could exceed that. - Find a good way of getting information like convention visits or other times you won't be able to work on orders to the customers (a calendar on your site, information on the checkout page or in emails, etc. . . ). You shouldn't be tied to your workshop 24/7 and need to get out and meet your customers when you can, but you also need to let people know that those times may impact orders. - More automated communications to know where in the process the order is. Currently, outside of contacting you directly, I only received one for the order being entered and one for the order completion. With orders taking a while to complete, it would be nice to know when our orders enter your work queue and when you have packed them up and they're ready for shipping. - Letting us know destination origin and who will be handling shipping before they get the package. It was a little shocking to see the origin was China and odd to get text messages saying I had a DHL package before I got the confirmation email from you. With all of the phishing and other cyberthreats out there today, a little more communication around that would be great to see. All that aside, this was a good experience, and one leaving me comfortable with returning for more orders and recommending this to friends and family in the future.

I enjoy the lightsaber very much but I do wish the saber came with assembly directions specific to my blade case. I had more screws than holes that were different sizes so I wasn't sure what to do with them. . . But I did figure it out and the saber looks beautiful. I was also happy when the saber arrived a few days earlier than the shipping number told me.
