MigVapor...is my new fav. jam! great prices, awesome quality, huge selection, helpful costumer care

On Feb. 24th, I purchased a Dre vape from a local Vape Shop. I was told it was the latest and greatest for medical cannabis and spent $125 for it. I have multiple sclerosis and the medical cannabis has been great for pain and helping me get a good nights sleep. By April 1st, it was broken. I called the local store Gorilla Vape near Atlantic City,NJ. , hoping that since it was less than 2 mos old that I could bring it in to exchange for a new one. Instead, I was told, I had to deal directly with the dealer. I told them this is not the way that this should be handled and they had just lost a customer and has many others as I could tell. I proceeded to deal with customer service at migvape. I told them what had happened and they said it was impossible. It was brand new and state of the art. They wanted pictures. I did one better, and sent them a video. They finally agreed to take it back and said they would look at it and if it was broken, send me a new one. This was around the first of April. Yesterday, April 17th, I finally received my placement vape. It should have been sent overnight at no charge to me. This is not a good company to deal with. Stay away as they do no stand behind their products. I had to go out and buy another vape or go back on oxy and sleeping pills. I told them and they didn't seem to care!

Great supplier and builder... I ordered the sub ohm black and a few other things as well... They didn't have in stock because it sold out and they were waiting on a new shipment... I was worried when they hadn't shipped my order after a few days... They told me on the phone that their shipment would arrive that day... They shipped my order that day and it arrived 2 days later with faster shipping... These people know what they are doing and had great customer service... they will get my business for all things vape....

Awesome flavor! It's just like having a cup of coffee with my cigarette. I needed something to use while sitting at my computer to avoid smoking as much as I had been. I removed the ashtray so I wouldn't be tempted to grab a cigarette every 10 minutes. Now I only use the E-Cig while I sit at my computer. It's a big help. And costs less than a carton of cigarettes. I give this product a giant recommendation! Thank you, MigVapor! :)

Needed replacement parts asap. Ordered Friday after hours not expecting anything to happen right away. Had shipping info Saturday and items by Tuesday via snail mail nearly cross country. Really appreciate the prompt attention. By the way the mouthpiece redesign really is an improvement making screen cleaning and replacement easier. Can't attest to longevity but hoping for the best.

Long-time smoker who is glad to have found a quality vapor option. My lungs are rejoicing. The vapor production is impressive, and very satisfying. Specifically, I like the digital temperature read out and control, the battery level indicator, and large ceramic chamber for dry herb. I consider these must-have upgrades for a new person like me because they give you confidence in your vaping session. Bill in customer service also showed that this is a quality company.

I recently tried MigVapor and so far have found both product and service to be A1. I have used 3 other vapor companies but MigVapor is my favorite

So the story begins. I began my search as a skeptic. I watched no less than 15 YouTube reviews and dug through the depths of the Internet to find a legitimate complaint about this tank. Firstly. You can use this on a regulated mod. No temp control. And no DNA boards. You'll be fine. Second. There is a learning curve to this tank. It will take you a second to figure out the sweet spot but it does in fact exist and when you find it this this this tank performs admirably. Be patient. Thirdly, and most importantly to me. I ordered this tank with high expectations. And my first coil was a dud. Spoke with Felix, and we discussed things I could have done to mess it up but agreed it could be a dud and they sent me a new one free of charge. Upon my first use of the tank I went to stir the contents and as I barely pushed the dome back down it cracked. At this point I feel like a "problem customer" but I also feel a little ripped off too. I called and spoke with Felix again. He asked I email time stamped pictures to verify I'm not trying to rip off his company, which I happily did. Two days later I receive a email from Felix askinge me to call him directly. And for the price of shipping ($5) he said he would send anot entirely new unit. I cannot say enough about the customer service and specifically Felix. Since then I have received the new unit and I legitimately love it. When you find that sweet spot, and it's not that hard, it is an exceptional device. Kudos to migvapor on this one in every aspect. And, Felix , bro, if you read this. Thank you. You handled my complicated ass like a boss. To wrap up. Buy this thing. Once you figure it out you'll love it. Provided you aren't half retarded.

My review is going to include some comparisons to the Matrix. There are some improvements that solve some of the troubles I had with the Matrix. The magnetic top is one and awesome. I like the vibrating motion it does when it is ready. The chamber is smaller and more suited to individual users. For this reason I will still be keeping and using my Matrix. That is more suited for sharing. The quality of function is good on both, nice clean vapor. For handheld devices these are the best and I love the products that this company puts out.
