Well packaged. Second time ordering. Picked and chose the juices and smoothies I likes to build my very own 7 day cleanse. Took advantage of the bestselling bundles that had flavours I liked most. The rest was supplemented by things I wanted to try or liked the taste but weren't availabke bundled.

I have a lot of health conditions (including 2 bowel conditions) and decided to give the 1 day protein juice cleanse a go. My thinking was that a break in solid foods would help with my health flare, and the extra nutrients are a bonus! I started the day concerned that I was going to struggle, and was pleasantly surprised at how filling they were! I didn't enjoy all of the drinks, but there were a couple that i honestly could drink every day. The lean machine was my absolute favourite, and i was a big fan of morning glory too. I think I'll be giving these a go every 6 months now as i found them really beneficial. Would definitely recommend if you're curious about trying a juice cleanse. And for anyone who cares about this kinda stuff, the packaging was stunning and i love that the bottles are made out of recyclable materials! 1 star not given purely because 1-2 of the drinks I didn't enjoy the flavour of.
