never received the giftcard

I'm writing this review 1 year after my purchase and I have to say it's amazing. It's been waterproof, beach, pool, and workout proof. I never take it off! I'm still wearing it and it looks just as cute. It's stainless steel, definitely 100% worth it. 😍

not good. poor customer service

I ordered this twice, and have another one sent by customer service. BOTH TIMES it came with the charm placed backwards. Also, their jewelry is for young girls I think rather than women, just because it’s all very VERY small in size. Not size inclusive at all. 2/3 items were not wearable in my order, def wouldn’t order again. I was excited to find this store too. Shipping was good, and so was customer service for the most part. The actual products are not good though. You really do get what you pay for!

Didn’t receive my items because they kept having to send it back to the sender had loads of miss communication with them so I asked for a refund after not receiving it when they said it got delivered and it took 3 weeks

Ordered when Black Friday first started and still waiting!!!! I was leaving my home and was worried it was not going to arrive by the time I left so emailed them my worried after 25 days of no update, then to be told they can’t do anything just to wait for it to turn up, THEN a couple days later I was told my parcel has not even been shipped/ picked up yet which is a load of BS because they hadn’t even packed it yet and now that some items are now out of stock.
