The service - Kate- is always exceptional. Personalised, professional, prompt. I wasn’t sure which serum was best for my skin and to work best alongside 360 multi peptide moisturiser which is THE best moisturiser on the market for more mature skins, it’s rich but not greasy/oily and helps skin stay hydrated. Kate recommended this serum and it works well, and she has ‘bit more to it’ than some serums which seem to vanish in seconds. Can’t recommend ‘evolve’ enough, their environmentally conscious values also really resonate. I’ve tried lots of other different high end products in my Liberty’s advent calendar . . yet I invariably return again and again to ‘evolve’! Also seriously recommend cacao face masque/exfoliant, followed by their gold face masque- super hydrating and always such fun/luxe weekly treat! Again, 2 of the very best products on the beauty scene.

I think I've written several reviews but here's ONE MORE to really send it home. I first discovered Evolve while living in a small town in England, I thought it seemed pretty expensive but I love small batch, organic, etc so I treated myself. I instantly became a life long client. The creams last SO long, even in the harsh UK winter or when I was living in other extreme climates (Caribbean, desert, high altitude to name a few. . . ). Other "designer" brands are full of chemicals and need to be replaced multiple times a year. I converted one of my bougiest friends when I showed her how much money she could save with MUCH better quality by switching to Evolve (she was spending thousands a year on Guerlain and Dior). Every order comes through in a timely manner, they always include samples or additional gifts when you spend extra. But the MOST special thing about Evolve is the customer service. It is SO rare to find highly competent and compassionate customer service these days, even in small companies. Major shout out to KATE, who has been the point person for my recent delivery nightmare. I attempted to order a pretty big purchase to be delivered to me in Mexico. Amazon is no problem here, big name brands arrive just fine. For some reason, customs seized my order (despite me providing all of the tax info they needed) not once, but TWICE. Kate got back to me right away and worked very hard (and actually, is still working on it) to find a solution. They even sent additional "freebies" in the second order EVEN THOUGH it was not their fault that the order never reached me. It's so easy for companies to just give up, ignore customer complaints and refuse refunds. In a world of mass-produced soulless garbage that's literally killing our planet, where you purchase your products matters. I know I feel thrilled to be investing in my health and beauty by shopping with Evolve.
