I’m not usually one to leave a bad review… Though the product itself is most likely fine… this review is for the customer service aspect of this purchase. I left a note relating to delivery request in the order details, no one seemed to read it, when I emailed about 4-5 days later to see if my order had been dispatched, i was copied into an email from one staff to another staff with no helpful information regarding my request. A few days later (after the initial requested delivery date), i received a notification from Australia Post that my order was just being packed week over a week after ordering. I followed up with an email to which i’ve still not received a reply. All up, delivery took about 2-3 weeks to Perth and due to it being late I then had to post it onwards to my parents who are travelling with a busted fridge door.
