I really love the company and I had a billing issue that took 2 weeks to fix so I had to buy other diapers in the meantime time. If I didn’t love your product and mission I probably would have switched. Now that it is resolved I am happy but nothing stresses a mother out more than not being able to get diapers when they are needed.
