Great customer service. Packaging so far has arrived undamaged. I am only giving 4 stars since my first order was delayed and I got the retail kit which didn’t have everything. I’m glad customer service made it right and will include items in my next shipment that were missing since I didn’t get the starter kit, and had to get the retail kit instead.
