Service was good - a third party addressed issue with shipping right away. In store sales person also helped me figure out a return. I think Everlane has good customer service, which is one reason I come back.

The hoodie is really excellent - my boyfriend loves it! Great craftsmanship and fabric. The item itself is perfect. The company they use to ship in NYC is a bit of a disaster. It took forever to arrive after the driver’s car was “broken down” then the replacement driver’s car was “stolen” (shipping company gave no indication of this, and I had to follow up for 2 weeks) - there was quite a bit of back-and-forth needed to get a replacement by the shipper and Everlane’s chat bot. I would definitely buy from them again, but would pick up and shop in-store.

The product is awesome (fit, color and design) and the delivery was quick.
