Ordered and then received within about five days. Beautiful sweater in the cotton weave, the length, the boxiness, and the comfort. No complaints and I can be picky. I'm 5'4", 110 lbs. I first ordered the XXS but it didn't offer enough casual volume so reordered in XS and the fit is perfect. Relaxed, comfortable, and great long sleeve length, but not too long. Love the crew neck too. I now own in four colors! Works well with a collar peeking out or without.

Ordering, shipping and receiving went without a hitch. The material and quality is top notch. I realized this style is intended to be a little bit bigger and I’m okay with that but this Medium is very large!

I have not received this order, which is an exchange transaction. The carrier claimed to have no information about it. Everlane says it will arrive next week. We'll see. This has been an unsatisfactory experience.

Im love the dress! I ordered it twice. First ordered was a bit wide under my arms. Bought the second one and fit perfect. I like everlane products and I’m satisfied and impress with Customer Service.

Shipping sucks…as does the customer service follow up. They use some second rate shipping outfits, that I’ve never heard of, and they don’t follow thru on tracking. Totally unacceptable in this day and age! How many times are they just gonna replace it!
