Kim at the Evereve store in Oakbrook IL went above and beyond to make sure I got the necklace I wanted. It was sold out Nationwide and days after I had tried looking for it. She contacted me to let me know if she had found one at another store 40 minutes away. She personally drove up to pick it up for me so that I could get the necklace I loved. Customer for life after that experience!
