I have an unusual and slightly rare watch that came on a strap that never felt as special as the watch itself. I’ve tried probably five or six other options before a friend recommended this brand and I am 100% satisfied and relieved that the hunt is over

I ordered their tweezers for my SD43, but ran into an issue with the springbars. On the SD43mm they are 1. 5mm vs 2. 0mm on the regular subs. Also mine happen to be very stubborn and difficult to compress unlike the ones on my other subs. Because the fork tips are fine/small, they eventually wore down or broke. Luckily the kit comes with a spare so I used those. The issue is I needed a spare set as a backup since my 126660 DSSD also uses 1. 5mm springbars. (Not sure why Rolex switched them on those models) They don't carry spare forks which I hope they will in the future but I emailed and asked and they sold me a pair of forks from one of their tweezers that was in their inventory. Which was super nice of them to do so. Big thanks to Theresa, the team and the owner for doing that. Been a fan since 2015, when they released their rubber straps with tang buckles. Still going strong on my Smurf. . . . . Thanks.

I purchased a strap after spending hours reviewing the top brands for my watch. The incorrect model was ordered. When I recognized it could not fit my model I returned it 6 days later. After sending numerous emails, its been one month later and the replacement product has not shipped. The customer service appear automated and there is no meaningful update. Great quality product but if you make a mistake with the model/size, good luck.

Perfect Fit

Highest quality rubber watch band I have ever purchased. Very comfortable with the perfect amount of structure and curl. Fits the watch like a glove. And I especially love that I can still use the original oyster clasp. Service was also responsive, and shipped fast. All around a great experience. I do hope they make more color options for the yachtmaster in the future. I will definitely be in the lookout
