I love the Collagen and Biotin. My hair has gotten thicker and filled in.

Has definitely helped my hair. I always had thick hair until I had thyroid cancer. My hair became so thin in places my scalp would show. Since using this product my hair has started to grow in those areas.

I've been using it for awhile now, and it does seem to help me. It's convenient to use in the pouches.
