Still have not received our mattress . Item seems to be lost along the way. We ended up having to purchase another brand in order to get a mattress, as we needed it more than a week ago. Your company may want to consider more reliable shipping methods. Not USPS.

Very pleased with ease of assembly and ease of use. Extraordinary customer service responses to my inquiries about arranging pick up instead of waiting for delivery so I would have the crib in time for my grandchild’s holiday visit. The crib worked out so well that my daughter is ordering one too. Definitely recommend the product.

In the browser, the correct color did not appear immediately. Later, when I saw that the correct color was available, I contacted customer support right away and asked how the part’s color could be changed. I was promised help with this issue, but in the end I received a response that, unfortunately, while the issue was being reviewed, the package had already been delivered. Terrible service
