10/10 so far! Easy installation for sure. The rotation one handed is super smooth. Really pretty looking seat that seems comfy for my 1 year old. I like how it has different reclining options and the magnetic buckle holders

This car seat is a game changer! My baby loves it and seems so comfy in it. It’s super easy to turn when getting her in and out. It’s also really easy to install! Definitely recommend

I can not believe that I wasted my money on the shyftdual ride car seat. This thing is not cheap! I’ve had it maybe for about six months and the car seat will not detach from the wheels. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I have reached out to evenflo about this problem and no one will contact me back. Do not waste your money or time.

My order was supposed to arrive on October 22, but has not moved from its origin. I contacted the support email and they said they’d get an update but I have yet to receive an update despite asking multiple times and it being over 2 weeks.

Everything was fine

No leg for car seat or extra base as it shows in the pictures. This company just wants money.

Pivot 360 is easy to use and light weight. Unfortunately like other Evenflo reviews. Squeaks very loudly, we have tried WD40 and it still, the squeaking persists. It’s a little embarrassing tbh. This is a few weeks out of the box too! I was gifted my stroller from my Amazon registry and unfortunately cannot return it. I would love for Evenflo to make it right and send a replacement. I would be happy to send this one back.

Terrible customer service, we we're given a car seat and stroller combo (brand new at our Baby shower) that was missing the tray insert for the stroller. Called customer service to try to acquire the part that They did not ship with the product. We Gave them Serial number manufacture date Lot number Literally Everything but since we did not have the receipt of purchase since it was a gift they could not send us the part. On top of all that we had to purchase the part that should have been included in the first place. This will the last time I spend money with this company, and I advise you don't either.
