Horrible customer service

I love it! Putting together the bassinet was a bit challenging. But overall I sm very satisfied . Still did not use it yet but can t wait

This rating has nothing to do with the quality of the product, but only for the service I received. I purchased this unit online on a Friday evening. Then very soon I realized that this unit might be too large for the car, I then started to contact the team to cancel the order. With the service team not working over the weekend, I contacted them multiple times using the website and only got their emails next Wednesday that the order can be only cancelled within 90 mins. And if you want to return then they charge you shipping.

Not reliable customer service

We haven’t tested yet but the item that we received was made in 2022 and its expiration date is Dec. 2028. We were expecting we could use it with a second kid in the next 2-3 years or at least have more time with it.
