You did ok. Just in the returns area it would be good to have the Evans name in the list so you could say who you were returning the item to. in the end I picked the closest match. Still need to check if I did indeed get my refund. Not received an email so will check my account.

Ordered eee fitting and was sent an e fitting, queried this with the online "chat" on 19th August, various emails back and forth, pictures of the sandals sent, and then Evans have to have an "investigation" with the warehouse. Still can't really get to the bottom of why they can't send me a replacement pair, something about being labelled incorrectly on the website. Finally given up and just sent them back - complete waste of time

I had problems with the order not being delivered by Evri, but a phone call to Evans had replacements in 6 days. Wonderful Customer Service.

So far everything I have purchased has been delivered very quickly with emails at every stage and all clothes have been perfect. I ordered some jeans in the sale which became out of stock (very disappointed as read such great reviews and really wanted to try a pair) I received an email and money and delivery money was quickly refunded.
