I originally received the wrong candle with my order, but European Spa Source was quick to send me a pre-paid return label, and the exchange process was very simple. The correct candle arrived shortly after. I appreciated the quick and easy communication, as it's sometimes difficult to contact and receive a response from an online retailer.
