Easy, convenient & the pooch looooves it!

Got this for my little dachshund as a replacement to Ziwi Peak air-dried food as I had noticed the quality decline in the last year and I couldn’t be more pleased. Cleo has gone from waiting for everyone else to eat before touching her food to eagerly awaiting her bowl to be filled each day. Highly recommended!

My dogs seem to love it and have transitioned from Ziwi Peaks to Eureka with no issues. The treats received with each delivery is a lovely idea and much appreciated. The Chunky Beef Liver received with my second order has been wolfed down and the crunch to it for teeth cleaning is an extra bonus!! Very fast delivery as well. Bit of a glitch with the automatic re-order which caused me to panic from a $$$ POV that I was getting another order just a few days after another. Other than that highly recommend if a natural, Australian made, high quality air/freeze dried dog food is important to you.

I recently tried Eureka for my Cavalier. He is extremely fussy. So I was very happy that he loved the food. Also we were travelling so the food being freeze dried made it easy to travel with.

My little girl loves the food and the free proboscis and scoop are a fantastic extra , the only thing is the price is a bit too high and you dont have afterpey, which would be a great help with paying

Good food and looked to be reasonable value. Unfortunately the portion calculation was far too low for my dog. The real cost each month was around double what the calculation suggests, which makes the product too expensive. The company followed up on the review which shows they care, but for whatever reason, the calculator was not accurate for my dog.

After getting a $5 sample pack which was delivered within 2 days and then Mr and Mr Fussy Eater devoured, I decided to purchase a months worth of half bowl. Mr and Mr Fussy now leave all other food including the BBQ chicken to eat the Eureka and I know they are getting all the nutrients they require. The 18 year old with missing teeth has no problems in the texture and they both love the taste. Next month is probably a full bowl order.

Our 2 year old toy poodle had a terrible tummy. We switched to Eureka and we haven’t looked back. Everyone is happy especially her.

Love the quality as well as good sized pieces. My dog enjoys all the flavours. He has only ever eaten raw food be it fresh, air or freeze dried, so Eureka is another welcome addition to our feeding arsenal! I would like the ordering process to be more straight forward. For example, I'd like to order 3 bags at a time, but one of each flavour. I found I could only order one flavour each time. Having to pay shipping costs each time to get a different flavour is not very cost effective. Congratulations on a great Australian product!

I'm not tech savy so having a website which is easy to manage is a big tick. Try buying things if you don't have a mobile phone. I need to change my delivery date. So easy on Eureka. Does my Pippa love her kangaroo? You bet. TH

It does not really matter what I think, bc Kevin and Carlo absolutely adore your food. I mix it with kibble, and they pick out every piece of Eureka, before eating any of the kibble pieces. I loved getting the antler as a Siu reprise gift. Your website has a friendly tone to it, but may I suggest you contact my friend Nina Kelm, who has her own business making business websites user friendly, thereby increasing sales. Convenient, healthy, great price for great product. My dog loves it and I love it.

Loved the ease of ordering and ethos behind the brand. Also loved the surprise included in our first delivery, unexpected but thoroughly enjoyed by my dog, just as he enjoys the food replacing his kibble. I actually use the Eureka food to help with his training (as a treat/reward) as it’s easy to break up/chew and carry in my pocket with out creating too much mess.
