Really easy process, with a clear view of results

Product and usability are very good as was the communication in the early stages. However, suffice to say, sample was sent off in february and I am still waiting for a result. After I had submitted the sample back in February, the service became slow and disappointing. It was advised turn around would be within 2 weeks and it wasnt until I followed up weeks later that I was advised there was a delay. It took nearly 2 months to then be told my sample was not viable and testing couldn't determine a result. Another test was sent out shorty after which I completed, nearly 3 weeks ago and no correspondence as to its progress other than postal confirmation it has been recieved by eugene. Suffice to say, it's too late for results to be of any use since I have now concieved. I hope users are not putting their fertility journey on hold pending these results, or have a better experience than I did with Eugene. The company has great potential, I hope these early teething issues can be overcome as it could be a great service.

Great service received the test kit a day after it was ordered and also received an email ftom their customer service team checking on whether I received the test kit and if I had any queries.Excellent customer service that is very rare these days.

The team at Eugene went above and beyond with our genetic testing. They were so accomodating and even allowed for us to drop off the results straight off to their HQ to expedite our results while whilst we were travelling. When they discussed our results with us, they were incredibly sensitive and empathetic. Could not be happier with the service

Sample boxes were very quickly dispatched and it was very clear what stage we were at throughout the process. Results were available a week early. Gave us good peace of mind at the start of our journey!
