Replacement for a damaged pencil came quickly and the return department were prompt and polite

I have used various other brands of lip stain and none last as long as advertised. This one, although doesnt last all day ( maybe if I didnt eat or drink it might) it does last for half the day which is pretty good. They have a good range of colours too. Knowing skincare I knew that I had to ensure that my lips were soft to get an even colour as the colour will grip to dry skin and be a darker shade. I do like this product
