All good, really like the bag, but paying 30% extra at customs (since item was shipped from UK to EU) was a bit noticeable, given that the item wasn't cheap to begin with (but quality matching the price for sure). I'd definitely buy more items from Mous if they started distributing from within the EU

The only downside was that you have sent the case from UK, so it had to go through customs, even though I didn't pay any tariff or tax in the end. Also, DHL in combination with Czech post took 15 business days to deliver it. That was a bummer.

Quality of product super good. Only shipping not so much. I got package some days after the estimated date. It would be great if you could use package points in Polang called Paczkomat. It is safer and your packageg wait for you in 1 place close to you, so you don't have to be in house for the delivery man.

The shipment was quite fast. The only problem I had is that the package has been stuck for a long time in some courier's warehouse. Though probably this was due to the holidays in the last weeks.
