Fast and efficient shipping. It would be nice to have better descriptions of the shoes, for example the with and height of the tip, because this influences wearabulity.

great product, I am using the shoes for my walks, and as soon as I worn a little the sole I order a new pair. Fast deliveries and clear communication is something I expect from a great company and I found with MBT. UPS is a great logistic partner for MBT! one suggestion, and I know the marketing maybe not agree on it, but keeping some product in production or make a link between old product and new developed would be a great help

I took the advice on the website and ordered a one size larger than my usual and they are too big. I'm still working out which insole works best as I can't be bothered with the hassle of returning. If I buy from here again – the only option for MBT that's not Amazon – I will buy in my true size. Disappointing. . .
