Unfortunately, my experience with Joe Loves is not good at all. I ordered a perfume for my sister's birthday. However, although they charged me for a delivery fee still they failed to deliver my package.

The dispatch time was long and there were extra charges to pay on delivery that were not mentioned at the time of order, so buyer beware. After a big battle with Jo Loves and a number of emails they did finally but reluctantly refund these charges.

Service was good and delivery very quick however, the gift wrapping, for which I paid extra, was pitiful and not good value for money.

Shipping was quick when my package arrived. It was beautifully presented and I was very excited. However, disappointed feeling this product was deleted down compared to the product I got in the calendar.

I always find the customer service to be superb. Which is why I have no hesitation in ordering the advent calendar again this year.

Everything, from the web site and ordering to the receipt of the products is first class.
