Shipping is fast and customer service is amazing!!!

Personally I found the earrings too heavy for daily use but very cute! Arrived much faster than the stated delivery time.

Shipping is fast (even to Alaska), products are high quality. Hey Harper is my GO TO for pretty much all things jewelry.

My original bracelet was showing some signs of ware on the gold, so I emailed the team. They responded and had new one sent me free of charge within 3 days! Amazing customer service as always!

i bought the daphne faith necklace a couple of months ago and wore it everyday, well 3 months go by and it just falls right off my neck and i was so upset bc 1 it’s gorgeous and 2 it was a pretty decent price. i messaged customer service to see if they could just replace the chain for me if possible. they emailed me back in less than 10 min and gave me a $89 voucher (which was the price of the necklace) and said sometimes items come defective even through the last checking of the product and they told me i could either buy the same necklace or something completely different and if it was more than $89 i just had to pay the difference. it was such an easy and amazing experience all around. i will continue shopping with hey harper not only for their amazing quality of their jewelry but also bc of their amazing customer service !
