Tastes like the real thing and the added benefit of not making me sick! the Nudo was so much fun to create an amazing gluten free/dairy free pizza. I followed the directions on the site and it got nice and crispy and bubbly!! SOOO good. and happy to say the leftovers the next day were just as good!! Love this pizza!! Thank you!!

This is the best gluten-free pizza on the market and the best frozen pizza (gf or non-gf!). My whole family loves this pizza! I order two 4-packs at a time so I always have a quick meal available.

We have had the Margherita pizza twice since receiving our first shipment. The first time, the dough was a bit raw but the crust was crispy, the second time the dough was less raw but still a little raw in the middle and the crust was crispy and delicious. We bought the pizza screen and followed the cooking tips on the etalia website to the letter...500 degree oven, lowest rack, a little olive oil in the center of the bottom, etc. and those have been our results...the flavor of the toppings is delicious and if we could get the entire crust cooked through I’d give this pizza 5 stars. Maybe third time will be the charm? We’ll see...

Absolutely will rival any high end wheat based pizza - you could trick any pizza snob! However . . . you must come up with a better way to ship. Way too much single-use toxic plastic packaging.

This is the third or fourth time that we have ordered this crust we have learned that if you cook it on a grill at about 600° it is the best thing I’ve had in eight years. Thank you Kristin for all your hard work.

Quick delivery-very well insulated & frozen🥶

The pizza was excellent but the box was too big for my freezer and I had to remove the pizza from the box in order to store it in my freezer. Perhaps a smaller personal size pizza box would fit much better? I truly appreciated the free shipping to try your pizza though.

I have 9 year old twins who were diagnosed at age 3 and said this is “the best GF pizza ever”. I agree, chewy crust.

Great Gluten Free crust

This is the best GF pizza crust that my family has ever had. We also made cheese sticks with one, brought back memories of being able to order cheese sticks at a pizza restaurant as an appetizer.
