I've only worn them a couple of times when I did a messy updo and a dressy updo. They're perfect and so easy!! My hairstylist taught me that it's easier for the messy bun to clip them at the pony tail rather than the top of my head so I don't have to worry about hiding the clips, worked perfect!

If you don't have super thin hair, then definitely go with the 160g. I have thin hair, but wouldn't consider it super thin. These extensions are incredibly real, and add the perfect amount of volume. The color match is identical, these are truly amazing!
