What a great company to work with. We have worked with eSpecial Needs for a couple of years with our clinic and they have always provided the best and attentive services they worked with us on the scheduling and to me and staff. As a business owner of a pediatric clinic, they assisted us with the layout of the sensory room and equipment needed in our gross motor rooms. Their staff would update us on order status and when the product was ready to be shipped, they helped with scheduling the delivery and installation of all the equipment in all the spaces. The field tech did a wonderful job and was so courteous, especially when we kept make small reconfigurations to the equipment in the space to meet our needs. This is our second space we have completed with eSpecial Needs and plan to work with them again in the future.

I ordered on thier web site, instead of amazon, so I guess my order was over looked.
