You're customer service is A+. The product is average at best. These sticky cups last (if your lucky) probably 1 year before the whole piece needs to be replaced because it loses it's sticky. I have probably bought 10-12 of these in the last 10 years. I have 3 escorts in my personal vehicles. Love the escort radar detector.

Great as usual, the "tech"
Great as usual, the "tech" department needs to get up to date on cords. Most, if not all new cars do not even have the old style power point connection (cig lighter) so you have to go to Amazon and buy an after market cord adapter to use the new Redline 360, really! Let's get with it.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (3. 8/5) The USB-C to RJ11 cable works fine for powering my Escort radar detector, but it’s missing the convenient mute button that was built into the older cigarette lighter plug-in version. The connection is solid and it keeps the detector running as expected, but I definitely miss the easy access to mute alerts while driving. Overall, it’s a decent replacement if you just need power through USB-C, but it loses a little functionality compared to the original cord.
