If we could get in touch with somebody to show us or teach us how to connect it to our iPhones because now we have two, and we have a red line with the camera and we can’t get them connect to our phones. We’ve tried everything we’ve called we’ve looked up online. Still can’t do it. The service should be a little bit better.

This doesn't work. first in 30 years of escort suction mounts that doesn't work. quality of rubber suction cup looks ok - the lever that produces extra suction looks good. . no idea why day 1 - it fell off with detector and almost cracked my console. Not a good product or experience.

Cord works but red led stays lit . Customer services told me it a resistor in the radar detector sent it out for premium service so they will look at and repair any of the Escort Redline 360i Max parts needing service and also get an additional 1 year warranty … 2-3 week turn a round time … don’t miss it till you don’t have it right ! Waiting patiently .
