Service was fantastic. I had a question about a price, and my question was answered immediately Shipping time was fine, however, the packaging of the rug was not good. I don't know what other type of container you can use, but the heavy plastic made it extremely difficult to open. Wish the rug could be placed in a cardboard box. The rug is lovely.

Disappointed in the customer service.
Disappointed in the customer service. The rug itself is great but it arrived with a large gash in the underside (I got the attached non-slip mat). For what I paid, it should not have arrived with a rip, and I should have gotten a response to the email I sent with photos of the rip. The rug itself is lovely

Great rugs, need new sales techniques
The rugs look great! My only advice would be that sales people not automatically add the rug pad to the rugs without telling you. I got an estimate and the rug pad addition was annoying

I love that Ernesta allows you to customize the size of your carpet. I received a beautiful rug with a thick & soft pile. The binding on my runner rug was attractive and secure. I loved the non-slip padding under my rug.
