Excellent Experience

I have not used the Ergo Fet 500 yet. We use an Ergo Fet 500 for gauging force for collaborative robot and Autonomous Mobile Robot applications. I have confidence that this purchase will help many people achieve a safe application of these systems. I did have a question. Do you have any written experience with comparing the Ergo Fets to a spring gauge?

This unit is a great option for sit/stand capability. Lays flat on desk when sitting and easily lifts for standing. Assembly was easy, I just followed the instructions that were included and had an extra person help when needed. We have many of these installed throughout our office and they are well received.

Using this for Automotive testing. Works great for our application!

Love the addition to my home office.

The desk frame is great, especially for a 5'0" person like me. The experience with Ergobuyer was also great. The communication was consistent and timely, and when the first set of legs had some shipment damage, Ergobuyer responded promptly with a replacement set.

I was very pleased with the customer service! Quang was so very helpful, even though the product did not fit (although I felt like the product should have given more specs on the fittings :( ). However, throughout the return process she was very responsive to my needs. She emailed me back every single time. I would absolutely buy from them again knowing I would get great customer service!

Good support

Works OK, but I wish the monitor positions were more adjustable. Also, they do not stay in position. Every time I raise or lower the desk, they fall all the way to the bottom of their travel.

I love it when it works right, but it tends to get "stuck" in the elevated position and I have to work hard to get it back down.

This team is quick and effeciant. I said I needed this order quickly and they jumped right on it. The material was in stock and they processed ordered and shipped it.

We started out with one Workfit-A desks and now we have seven. They are very well built and sturdy. Once you learn how to adjust them to your liking, things just work. We have enjoyed our time with the standing desks so far.

It does what I want it to do, I just would like the process of locking it/unlocking it into place to be easier in the middle of working in the office.
