This was a nice addition
This was a nice addition to have since baby loves to chew on the carrier every time! Fast shipping too. While it isn’t as absorbent as I would have liked (maybe if it were a little thicker, it could absorb more), it is a nice barrier of protection that’s machine washable and helps combat the extra drool!

Shipping was fast but the

They do have a discount for healthcare personnel but it wasn’t working so I had to email back & forth for about 2-3 days before getting the discount applied. Getting in touch with a person is extremely annoying because its difficult. No phone number to reach quickly. Just snail mail

My original order got lost during shipping. Kristina with costumer service was great. She took the time to understand the situation and contact the shipping company. Ultimately, she helped replace the item. I am super thankful!

Dismissed my concerns when I called the customer service representative that the box in which the hip carrier came in looked to have been opened previously and I ended up taping it before giving as a gift at a baby shower. I was embarrassed.

Customer service was meh. I
Customer service was meh. I forgot to order accessories and so reached out to them. The agent responded right away that it was too late to add to the order since it was dispatched. So I asked if I created a separate order and did expedited shipping will I get. They did respond for another 24 hrs which just closed my window of getting it in time before the trip.
