It was exactly what me and my wife was looking for. Great for long walks or little chores around the house.

My only issues were with the shipping, at first I was sent the wrong shipping information, so I had to contact costumer support. The support was very quick and helpful. I purchased two items and the packages were sent separately (which I was unaware of). So it said delivered but I was still missing part of my order… but the next package arrived the following day.

At first there was an issue with shipping and locating my package, but customer service was quick to reply and offer a solution. Within a day or so of reaching out to customer service, my package arrived. Took about 2 weeks but that was predicted. The package was in good shape, no damage to the box and the carrier is good.

I had a problem with the shipping information that was given to me because it was inaccurate. When I contacted customer service they told me that the tracking information that was sent to me was incorrect and then gave me the correct one. But I was already waiting for couple of days until I realized that its getting too delay.

Shipping was super fast, it came next day. But the stroller was too small for my 20 months average size daughter.
