Love the Embrace!
I received my ergo embrace last week and have used it multiple times a day. I love using baby carriers but my back is always sore so quickly. That is not the case in the ergo embrace! I can handle carrying her in it as long as she and I want to/need to use it. It is wonderful! I also love the soft fabric, it's comfortable and feels secure! Definitely recommend!

Issue with purchase, no help received. horrible customer service

Extremely bad shopping experience but good customer support
The shopping experience is very bad. First of all, when selecting products, if Mesh is selected, then soft olive color disappears from the color options. But if Olive color selected Mesh is an option. Secondly, the welcome 10% discount is a scam the 10% first order discount code came in the order confirmation of my first order. Which logically cannot be used for first order. And the discount code is invalid for additional purchase. In addition, when I proceed the return, the system doesn't recognized the price of the baby carrier and suggest me to confirm a return with 0 refund. (This is a bit crazy as an system error) The product: I purchased omni delux mesh grey after waiting it to be restocked for a while. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit me or my husband. The general issue is the shoulder belts are too bulky to be sitting tight. The belts holds its own shape rather than resting on our shoulders. Although, the cuatomer support "Lola" was nice to provide help for the discount code issue. Hence, I would not only leave the experience as terrible.

Still waiting for delivery
I placed my order 8 days ago and my order still has not been dispatched!!! In this day and age that is just not acceptable. I wish I had just ordered from John Lewis or something for next day delivery. It is ridiculous to wait this long. The customer service is terrible too - I signed up to receive the 10% discount off first order and never received the code. Nothing to do with my email either as my husband tried and had the same issue, he ended up having to email to get a code. I also never got email confirmation of my order. All in all, a really poor experience so far, let’s hope the pram is really amazing!

Ergobaby Metro 3 buggy
Ik gebruik de Ergobaby Metro 3 buggy nu ruim een week en ben er ontzettend blij mee! Hij rijdt soepel en licht, wat het wandelen erg comfortabel maakt. De rugleuning is in elke gewenste stand vast te zetten en ook de verstelbare beensteun is een fijne toevoeging. Dankzij de extra uitritsbare zonnekap kun je je kindje goed beschermen tegen de zon. De zitting voelt comfortabel aan door de dikke bekleding, en het inklappen van de buggy gaat moeiteloos met één hand. Het enige minpuntje vind ik de rem, die wat stroef werkt bij het loshalen. Maar dat weegt niet op tegen alle voordelen. Al met al zou ik deze buggy zeker aanraden!

Ergo baby chair
Pro:very sturdy, folds and is easy to clean. Comes with a "kitchen helper" feature for later use if you buy the kit. Cons: tablet cover is not magnetic so it doesn't hold on the table and can be removed by the baby, easily fall or thrown. The white table (tablet) attached is not easily removable, as you need two hands in an awkward position. Makes it more save to use, i guess?! The seat is too big even for my 9 month old and the seat covers available do NOT fit the seat. A NO go in my mind. The seat is also slippery so that he always slouches or leans back when strapped in tight. Not a good position to eat. Seriously thought about buying a new chair. But it was expensive.

Broken male shoulder clip
I find it very disappointing that you don’t send out replacement clips when they break - looking online it seems this is a very common problem with the carrier so I think it would be a good gesture to replace these for free when it does happen, even outside the warranty period. I note that the US operations do replace these if they break, with a lifetime promise so I’m not sure why this doesn’t apply here too. This is a brand I’ve supported for a long time and recommended to friends so was expecting better help with this safety issue.
