We broke the sitbasis on our Ergobaby Metro. Reclamation sent in hope to get a new plastic an then to repare everything. No! Ergobaby sent me a complete new sitbasis for free. Unespected und very proffesional. Thanks!

The carrier is a bit big for petit moms, but still wearable. My baby (9 months old) enjoy it a lot in all positions! Great for both going out or to be able to do some house chores with free hands and no crying!

The ergobaby carrier omni 360 mesh is excellent. Very good quality and very safe. It is the best investment we have made so far. The customer service is excellent, as well. I needed some help for an extra buckle and the response was immediate.

Quality for your money
We ordered on-the-move sleep sack. Well designed product. Great package with clear instructions. Easy to order and pay. Delivery was quick for my country. My little girl (1 year old) can sleep in all her crazy positions and get up to protest when she does not want to sleep anymore.

The first sleep bag ever to be accepted by my daughter
My kid is super active, even while she sleeps, and this sleeping bag is a life saver during winter cause she sheds all the covers otherwise. She could never stand to be zipped up inside a sleeping bag before, but now she falls asleep with her little feet still free, and I close the feet openings later. Highly recommended!

I really like this carrier
I really like this carrier. The baby sits well in it, a good M position. I like that it is breathable. I use the dribble pads with the carrier. It is very comfortable.
