Great jump rope !

Paid extra for "express" shipping. Still took a week and a half to get here. Don't waste your time or money paying for express shipping. Go buy on Amazon or something and I'm sure it will arrive way quicker. Jump rope is nice wow talk about false advertising for the shipping.

The balance ball seems very durable and well made. I suggest you add directions as mine came with none. I thought something was wrong as it took a while to pump it and to notice that air was going in. The plug was intuitive. Thanks for what seems to be an excellent product

I got the resistance bands set of 4... and had for less than a month and tore/ ripped.. no longer a band.. Only used 5 times and broke

I own quite a few Epitomie exercise devices, most of them have been purchased through Amazon. I am very happy that Epitomie's web store is very simple to you and easy to navigate. Choosing the items you want all the way to check out was painless and easy to follow. Items were shipped quickly and their equipment is always top notch.

This foam roller is extremely lightweight which makes it easy to carry. This is a great plus because I can take it with me to my trips. I do not need to search for a gym. It is lightweight yet it feels very sturdy and well made. I like the texture on the surface. Different than the regular foam rollers you see at the gym which are all smooth. Front and back sides of my legs felt absolutely great using this foam roller! I like the color too. I bought the red version. Very different and unique. It is also short, so it makes it super easy to put in a suitcase when you travel somewhere... The seller is nice, they follow up with you after your purchase and send you some videos that show some very useful exercises... So overall, this product seems very well constructed. There is no excess foam from the mold, and all the little nubs are the same size and shape. The foam itself is very firm, it feels very sturdy. Also it is super easy to store this product. I just keep it standing under my desk, at the corner and use it every morning after my regular stretching exercises I do at home.

I have two sets of these, so making two smooth and two spiky. I love using at the gym on my yoga mat for rolling out my shoulders and back. I also use them against the wall on my upper shoulders. It really gets into those tight muscles. I sometimes get headaches from my top vertebrae being out of alignment. My physical therapist recommended putting the two smooth balls on either side of my neck and laying on the bed to take the pressure off, it does help ! The carry bag makes it easy to keep these in my gym bag. They are not heavy and take up less space than shoes. Highly recommended :)

Let start with the ab roller: It's a lot more simple, and easier to store than my old Suzanne Somers ab roller. Seriously, from assembly to use it was simple, efficient, and even looks good. I used it on our wood floors and had problems with it leaving marks. A simple, very efficient tool. The workout mat was something I'd never tried before. It really allowed for a focused crunch. It even works good when doing variations of a Superman. This rig is a home run in my book. It doesn't slip and fits the small of your back perfectly. Great product.

I bought two foam rollers, Extreme Muscle Foam Roller and the Original Muscle Foam Roller. The Extreme Muscle Foam Roller has quickly become one of my favorites since it is very light yet gives a very deep massaging experience.

The products Epitome sells are great - they do what they are advertised to do. I have been happy with my order. The user interface of the website is a bit choppy and could be cleaner. That said, the products are great and well worth the cost.
