Customer Service communication and response for a RMA# was excellent. They received my sight on a Friday, I received the repaired unit the following Friday. This was a non-warranty issue related to a faded reticle for outdoor use on sunny days. Appears to be much brighter than I can remember. Well worth the fee, thank you!

I bought my Eotech Holosight in November 2008. The batteries failed and corroded the battery compartment. The replacement compartment fits as well as the first one, and my Eotech is still going strong after 17 years of use! I don't call it my "work gun" for no reason!
