Softens hair. Check. It doesn't matter if you have locs and not, it does the job. My granny and my aunt love this product too! Of course, I gifted them a bottle each. The Smooth & Shine has excellent quality and smells amazing! I recommend it for all hair types. The spray bottle dispenses the perfect amount. And it never stops working.
