I am really disappointed in the performance of the Sailor TUZU. I ordered it in the Fine nib and after a day or so of light writing, the flow just stopped. In order to write at all I have to press down hard to get the nib to write. I have tried refilling and adjusting, but to no avail. It appears that the nib is just a dud and I do believe it is possible to order a replacement nib for the TUZU. My experience with Endless pens has been good, just got a defective pen.

Receiving orders through the mail can be a hit or miss situation. This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Everything I ordered arrived in perfect condition. Lovely inks and paper, as well as a difficult to find fountain pen nib!

I can't even remember when I stumbled upon Endless Pens for the 1st time but I'm sooo glad I did! Yes, the prices are incredible and every product I've purchased from them (which have been quite a few by now and the list keeps growing, LOL!) has been top quality! I've been able to purchase gift list items I thought I'd have to wait forever to get. Pair the great prices with their outstanding customer care and it just doesn't get any better. I've worked with Michael over texts and Katherine just feels like a friend now! They're lovely & they go above & beyond! No matter what questions I have, Katherine is always there to help! They've even worked with me on shipments while I was away when, post-sale, they really didn't have to! But that's the kind of care they bestow upon their customers. I have been shopping at Endless Pens for over a year and have been pleased with every experience! I have had a few questions and received fast & courteous responses (one time, the pens I had a question about sold out before hearing back). You have a customer for life! If you get any of those Sailor Lecoule (cool colors), I hope to get them.

I repeatedly buy here instead of other stores because Endless has often has what I'm looking for at a great price. I've bought both new and vintage pens here and have been happy with all of my dealings with them. Pens I've purchased here: 3 of my 4 best pens (other was pre-owned from a nibmeister), a handful I've gifted, and just about all of the pens I've purchased new, if that tells you anything. I do shop around, sometimes Endless isn't the absolute best, but I always find them to be at least tied for the best pricing. For a great example of what I mean by my title: I recently purchased a Sailor 1911 Standard 21kt here. I picked it up for $160. I've generally found the 14kt model around $180. I couldn't even find another US store with the 21kt Standard in stock, and I think I found only it even listed on a couple of European stores. I also love that they carry vintage pens. I like to pick up vintage pens to try out and usually have to hit forums, but I've found a few Pelikans on here that I just adore. They also happen to work with my favorite companies (Pilot, Sailor, TWSBI) so I don't have to settle for a higher price elsewhere. If I could give them a 6th star I would.

Most of all, I like the hunt for great prices on great pens.

Endless Pens helps makes pens affordable. The rotation of sales options through HopDrop makes shopping fun and the bonus is you can get some great pens at a great price. And yet, they still have clearance and sales pages, not to mention great prices throughout. They clearly indicate their intentions with pre-buy vs. what is in stock and follow up consistently on both as the orders progress. I am glad I found this company and look forward to what more they have to offer.

I'm new to fountain pens, but am having a great time learning and exploring. I Was excited to add a new nib to a recently acquired Pelikan but found them expensive and confusing. Michael guided me through the process via text - showed me a top of the line brand-name 18c nib that would have been hundreds anywhere else and helped me get it ordered/shipped as quickly as possible. Rare to find service like this at all - much less on a big online retailer. I am so impressed, I will check here first from now on. Thank you, Michael!
