The team fell over backwards to get my perfect wedding shoes to me, despite a hip replacement operation getting in the way!

I have the latte suede Claudia shoes and matching Natasha clutch. Both items are very elegant, made with high quality materials and look very luxurious. I love the classic look and feel of the shoes and clutch and the shoes feel comfortable to wear. I was able to discuss my purchases with a staff member on a phone call as I’m unable to visit the store. Delivery was fast and the packaging was lovely. I am excited to wear them at my son’s wedding in August and look forward to many more wears after the wedding is over of these beautiful items.

While requesting and ordering suede colour samples x 2 on 20 June 2026, was easy and seamless I still have not received same. I am assuming they were not sent using Air Mail but perhaps local mail. I patiently await arrival. Kathleen McDonagh

I’d been looking for a comfortable pair of pointed toe dark brown shoes for a while - to wear day to day and that would go with trousers or dresses - they are harder than you would think to find. However, these fit the bill perfectly - they are really comfortable and smart enough for day and smarter events - I’ll probably be buying more!
