The beautiful handbag is of the highest quality. I was concerned about how long the delivery would take to the US and it arrived within a week of the order being placed. The shoe clips that I ordered are very beautiful.

Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. Having had a hip replacement, I am very careful about my shoes, but want to wear elegant dresses and along with this, lovely shoes. The shoes are very comfortable, but glamorous.

Emmy shoes are hands down the most comfortable I own , I work in horse racing so the Josie is perfect for looking smart & elegant whilst allowing me to be on my feet all day in comfort . I was also aware, from reading royal fashion blogs, that it is one of the Middleton sisters’, Sophie and Zara brands. Visiting the boutique was a breath of fresh air. The customer service was everything you hope for—warm, engaging, and unhurried, with nothing being too much trouble. It was wonderful to experience such genuine, personal service. I left the shop with a spring in my step and a beautiful shoe accessory. After dreaming about the shoes for days, I purchased a pair of rose pink high heeled shoes and the matching handbag for my daughter’s graduation. Despite the heat, the shoes were incredibly comfortable, even while walking on cobbled streets. I have the latte suede Claudia shoes and matching Natasha clutch. Both items are very elegant, made with high quality materials and look very luxurious. I love the classic look and feel of the shoes and clutch and the shoes feel comfortable to wear. I was able to discuss my purchases with a staff member on a phone call as I’m unable to visit the store. Delivery was fast and the packaging was lovely. I am excited to wear them at my son’s wedding in August and look forward to many more wears after the wedding is over of these beautiful items.
