As always the tea collections are perfect! I haven’t found a blend that doesn’t impress me. I have ordered several times before and I will always use the zombie tea to help me continue to be productive during the day. My kids love the kids blends too and mixing it with lemonade is 10/10. I’ve ordered a few times. I LOVE the smokers blend. I also tried the lucid dreams tea this time and I slept soooo good and woke up feeling amazing. 10/10

Can I give it 10 stars?? This tea tastes SO good (good with strawberry lemonade too!). I’m amazed at how well it works. I sip on it throughout the day and my pain has gone from a 7 to a 2. Thank You SO MUCH 💜💜

The packaging is very nice, it's shipped to us in decent time. The tea is very good quality and all of the flavors I have tried have really great taste.

On Christmas Day in 2023 as I sat talking with family at our gathering I mentioned how much trouble my husband and I have been having sleeping since the tough road we had to dealt with that year, first with my husband finding out he had Stage 4 Prostate Cancer, in January and was receiving treatment and then 3 months later we found out he had to have a Triple By-Pass made for a rough year. Then I was also hospitalized later that year. It all made sleeping tough. One thed women there, said "you should try this tea here, called Lucid Dream". I asked where she got lit, she said I could purchase it on line. I took a picture of the bag she showed me, and I tell you now the rest is history. The tea really did help us sleep. But, since that little introduction I can say I have been trying as many of their teas as I can about 14 or 15, and still trying other samples. Cinnamon Snow Beast has become a favorite, but I can honestly say I have like all the ones I have tried. It is so fun to get in touch with the gals that run this business. It is so fun when they answer your emails with a "Hello Love"! You know they really care. They have even made me up som special Sample Bags when I wanted one. Emerald Coast Alternatives makes the best teas I’ve ever had! They have created so many blends to target different issues, all while still tasting great. The quality and potency of these herbal blends completely blows away the teas you can buy at the grocery store. I’ve ordered many of their teas and my favorites are Zombie, Rise and Shine, Floral Feel Good, and Mad as a Hatter. The Women’s Tea has been one of the very few things that has helped me with cramps and difficult months, and the tummy tea has given me relief that would have otherwise taken out my entire day due to my IBS. ECA saved my life. No, I'm NOT exagerating. When I met Kat my medical team had told me not to expect to live to 32 at 30.
