Never received my item reached out to. Customer service never got a response

Even though I love yhe colors and how light they are. My lips started developing rashes. It got thick patches and started drying up. I had to stop using the products.

This lip formula surprisingly delighted me. I usually stay away from glossy formulas but after the initial application, the color wore down to a beautiful tint by the end of the day without making my lips feel parched.

Awful! Never received order #411777 and no response after 3 emails.
