The website is a colossal pain, and despite claiming that you can skip your subscription every month by the 5th, the option to skip is often nonfunctional (and you must request it by the 4th to avoid the charge occurring anyway). Used to love the variety of Ellie’s offerings, but now it’s just a curated Marika storefront… still good quality items for decent prices, but no longer anything special.

Great— Yall need to add some “new” COLORS”” I have been with Ellie about 4 yrs and it’s always the same colors.

Shipping is quick

I have been having so many issues with my profile and I haven’t been able to log into my account all month. I think it has finally been fixed. Whenever I speak with someone they are always pleasant. It’s just hard to reach a person.

The website navigation needs work. Wish there were more Capri and patterned options.
