Longer shipping time due to ordering around the December holidays but Ella’s boutique had it packed and sent out immediately! Was surprised that there’s a shipping charge now- but I understand that good things end sometimes!

Since the weather has been so bad I have done online shopping. If not sure about the fit I can email Stacy and she will look up my past purchases and help me select the right size. I still love shopping in the store too.

I was overly impressed with my order. I ordered 4 lotions online and it was discovered there were only 2 lotions in stock. I got reimbursed for the 2 lotions but was also sent additional complimentary hand lotions of the same scent. I was blown away by that act of kindness! That is exceptional customer service and what makes people keep coming back. Thank you!!
