Fabulous shopping experience- both at their Reservoir and Preston store. Staff were polite, friendly & gave great advice & opinions. Wish I could have bought more!

Love ❤️ every item I purchased, was delivered in a couple of days and packed beautifully. Wonderful service 👏

The service is always great at Elk.

Pants are too wide at bottom of the leg and don’t fit far too large

Great staff at the South Melbourne store.

As always ordering online and receiving my order perfectly packaged was seamless :)

I am getting so many compliments

Service in store was friendly and fun

Excellent service . Shipping was prompt . Wonderful patient staff

Timely arrival and well packed in reusable box.

Wonderful!

When my cuff first arrived there was a problem - it was discoloured in patches. I submitted an online enquiry with pix and Elk's customer service team was fantastic. Super-responsive, immediately apologised, undertook to send me a replacement and sent me the details for a hassle-free return. The new cuff arrived in short order and it is perfect. Highly recommend Elk for both their products AND their outstanding customer service

Love Elk
