I love Elimidrol, and was anxious to try it. I got a lesson in patients though cuz the shipping took a little longer with the employee shortage due to Covid, and the standard shipping uses FedEx which has gotten notoriously slower in general.

I placed an order of both Daytime and Nighttime Elimidrol. The daytime formula was on back order and has been for a while. I sent an email to inquire just replacing my back ordered item with another night time formula. I received a response within minutes and the Rep agreed to send another nighttime in place of the daytime backorder. Not only is the customer service personal and fabulous, but the product itself is amazing!
